Brought a bike that was gift and sat around for a bunch of years, they times it up while waited. The technician was very friendly and tuned up the bike for $50 in 40 minutes. In 2025 that's an unheard-of price.

I came in to have my rim trued, and Chris did an excellent job bringing it back to perfection! The service was fast, professional, and thorough. In my opinion, this is the only bike shop everyone should go to.
Dropped my bike month ago , still didn’t get it back. Stoped at the shop , only to find out it’s taken apart and laying on the floor under other parts. Can’t wait to get it back. Never coming back again.
Friendly staff and nice shop, drop by for tune up, and wait for a week, and they only tune up the low gear, but the high gear chain still rubbing the front derailleur. Have to go to other shop at Brooklyn to re-tune it.
