This place is a gem! I purchased my son’s first bike here and later brought it back to get hooked up with some flashy gear. These guys didn’t let me buy what wasn’t needed (even if it looked cool). My Lectric XP 3.0 bike needed a new cable for a derailer, as the gears were not switching properly.I gave a call to Chris @ Bike shop, he quoted a very reasonable $40 for the job. He subsequently gave me a call indicating that after checking it out with a special tool, my chain was stretched and needed replacement also, he gave me a very reasonable price. This place is a joke. I left something there and it remained for over three weeks. I had to contact the owner for him to tell me he couldn’t get the part that I found on Amazon in 10 seconds. I took it back and did it myself. He says that he has no help. To be honest he shouldn’t be in business the way he runs it. Just my opinion. Good luck here.
