Very friendly office staff, Mary. Down to earth honest and trustworthy the shop owner, Josh. Josh offered to help tightening the hard to get to bolt behind foot peg for free (no need to drop off bike, just drive by after calling him first). They both taken the time explain various repair options if tightening the bolts still won't solve the issue. After much headaches and heartaches taking my bike to different bike repair shop, my first bike service experience with other bike shop was nice but got nightmarish afterwards: 1. Brought my bike to other bikeshop to get break light fix(requires break fluid bleeding). After getting it fixed, noticed oil leaks under the bike. 2. Was told to bring my bike back, then I was told my source of oil leak is clutch cable o ring (misdiagnosed). 3. After clutch o ring fix (unreasonable high cost), oil leak continued.
