What a great shop. The staff is so patient and helpful. I cannot recommend them enough. I heard great things about them and I drove 335 miles to visit them and I will go back!
We were riding on the Monon Trail and I was having trouble with my Trek Bike. We luckily passed by the Bike Line Store and a gentleman retired from the Army looked at my bike and did the necessary repairs and some adjustments that I requested. My Trek is 6 months old and has never sifted and braked so well. This would be my bike store if I lived in the Indianapolis area rather than Northwestern Wisconsin. What a great place!!
Everyone at Bike Line at Carmel City Center is great. I ride fairly regularly, and every time I go in there for something I need I am met with a friendly smile, a nice greeting, and a knowledgable salesman who helps me find what I need. The staff at the store are friendly, especially to people who are new to cycling, which isn't always the case a dedicated bike shops like this.
