Mark was amazing! He got our bikes and was so kind to ask if we needed help putting them on the bike rack. We had many issues with other bike shops being rude and ignoring us. Everyone was asking if we needed help without hesitation! Mark helped putting them on my bike rack because it was our first time with bikes and we didn’t know what we were doing and wanted to make sure they wouldn’t fall off. We love our new bikes and appreciate the kindness from Mark!
The Bike Lane is a store which offers skilled repair services with a friendly business attitude. It is a rare combination in today's world. Kudos to all the staff.
