I was travelling internationally and wasn't able to take my bike with me. After a few hours research then I found the bike lane bike shop on google that can do bike rental. Then I noticed a trail called W&OD which is right behind the bike shop. Based on the information online, it is a great rail trail through the Northern Virginia counties. Convenient location, variety of products, and helpful staff!
Super friendly folks. Not only are the employees friendly and helpful, the other patrons in there are too. Great vibe. This was my first visit to this location and I'll definitely go back.
The guy fixing the bikes was amazing. Nicest guy ever, very fast, helpful, kind. I told my son that we had just experienced the best customer service we would ever experience in our lives. He said we should always go to the Bike Lane and never buy a bike from anyone else. Customers for life!
