When I broke down twice on the Badger State Trail, Mike and Dan, were super helpful in getting me rolling quickly. They were thorough in ensuring fixes and safety.

I BOUGHT A ADDWOOD TRIKE FROM MIKE, WEEKAGO YESTERDAY,I AM80YRS OLD SO A BIT STIFFER THAN MOST PEOPLE, BUT I THOUGHT THE TRIKE WOULD B HANDY MY DAUGHTER AND I ASSEMBLED A FEW THINGS ON THE TRIKE WHEN WE GOT HOME, I TRIED RIDING THE THING SOME, BUT MY BACK COULD NOT TAKE THE JARRING, SO I CALLED MIKE A FEW DAYS LATER, AND EXPLAINED TO HIM, NO PROBLEM, HE SAID, TOOK IT BACK AND HE REFUNDED MY MONEY, CAN,T ASK 4 ANYTHING MORE, THE TRIKE WAS VERY HIGH QUALITY
Fantastic people who actually knows the ins and outs of all the different kinds of bikes out there! Have been having my bike tuned up there for the past 10+ years! Mike is my go to guy, not only does he love working on bikes he is an avid bike rider. Absolutely fair, honest, respectful and just kindhearted people there!
