A friendly neighborhood bike shop. They have done bicycle repairs for me on several occasions. Employees are friendly and professional, usually do the repairs while I wait. Next bike I buy will be from the Bike Factory. A great place to do business.
I ended up having a flat tire right before a bike ride and was able to come in and get it fixed within minutes! Thank you so much to Alec, who even taught me how to put the wheel back on my bike correctly!!
I've only been to the shop a couple of times, but every time I have been met with great customer service. The main/only guy I ever see working there (I believe his name is Alec), is clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about bikes. I needed a few parts that I wasn't sure how to identify, and he took the time to show me how to measure everything and even recommending what I should look for if I were to buy the parts myself.
