Friendly staff, helpful with moving bikes in / out of store. The work seems to be very good. The shop is in a less busy part of town with ample parking in front. It's a 45 min drive for me but: 1. They returned my call. 2. Same-day check-in. 3. Descent turn-around time. Good job!
Bought a bike from these guys a couple years ago and went to get it tuned up There are two guys that kind of work together and they help a lot of people get bikes in an affordable price. I brought into bikes to give them one that they could turn over and help someone with and I got some great advice on which bike I should give up very nice guys. I appreciate them very much and the bike they sent me up with is outstanding.
The guys at The Bike Factory are awesome! They are super friendly & quick to fix/resolve any issues you may have with your bike or e-bike. I have had my kids bikes have their brakes replaced & had a full tune-up done too. My son’s e-bike got new tires installed & brake pads replaced. They are very reliable in their pricing & best of all, they are fast in getting the work done right. Thanks Bike Factory
