I wish I could rate 10 out of 5. Alec is such a wonderful human overall. Not only is he very customer oriented… he is a master of his craft. He has built a great relationship with my dad which both my son and I benefit from. We have had many broke down bikes that Alec has always speedily and fairly repaired. The service is wonderful and the repair prices are reasonable. Sincerely, a lifetime customer.
Knowledgeable staff. Fair prices. Great shop! I’m a relative beginner; Max got me all set up (selection, fitting, “pro tips,” etc.) on my first bike. Cant speak highly enough of The Bike Factory.
