I recently had some work done to my 2006 Heritage. Bill took great care of my bike, basically rebuilding the engine. Bill called and provided me updates regularly, and involved me in every decision that needed to be made. They need knowledgeable sale help , got a 1988 flhs needed primary case oil they tried to sell me 20-50 engine oil ! Won't go there again
