I had a poor experience buying online. I ordered a set of fenders in mid December. They took six weeks to arrive. During that time there were no updates sent. I had to call several times, and even when they said it had shipped, they couldn't provide a tracking number. Yes, there was a Canada Post strike that may have had some impact, but it doesn't excuse a delay of that length.
Tom is such a great mechanic. Went above and beyond to get my bike up and running again as soon as possible! Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend that you bring your bike here for maintenance repairs or even to buy a new bike!
this shop is a great place for bike repairs. the parts are reasonably priced . the technicians are very professional, they get the job done right the first time, there is no need foe repeat visits.

Got my brakes adjusted for 100 dollars and still not working, both brakes are not working. It's so expensive and yet no use
