I been calling you the whole day and you just hung up on me, i demand the refund of the 100dlls that got charged from my gf card without any reason, we paid the 40dlls in cash for 2 bikes and when we returned the bikes you stated that the 100 dlls will be on retention for the next 3 days, you still charged them.
We had a great time cycling along the seafront and stopping along the way to play in the parks. Children's and adult bikes very comfortable xx
Had a great experience renting 12 bikes from the center for a 14 mile round trip outing with my undergraduates. Plenty stops along the way - we rode for 2.5 hrs along the Marvin Braude bike path to Playa del Rey and back - via the Venice canals. Bikes were all great! (And don’t forget to check in here on FB to get the discount!!!�)
My first time renting and I loved it! I would recommend to anyone looking for a good time.�
The bike was okay, but the staff was pretty rude. They also told me when I arrived that if I checked in on Facebook I would get a discount and then when I did they told me there was no discount. Next time I'll just rent a bike (for less money) at one of the other dozens of bike rental stations in Santa Monica.
