The staff has always been Excellent! 2 out 3 bike mechanics, are hardcover bike enthusiasts.
They are known for taking bikes that college kids leave at school when kids are out for summer. U.P.D knows about it and everything. But today they took my bike without notice and I work at the college year round and its my ONLY mode of transport. It was locked up on the bike rack and they just came and cut my lock and took it. I went and got it back after dealing with rude attitudes from the workers there and didn't even apologize for taking my bike. You may be on Pleasant st but you certainly aren't. Please do better.
Good place to get a bike. Great staff. Bought a bike from here, and while it isn’t as good as my 1k bike from back home, it was also like sub $100 (used and cheaper than available from the store, a great combination)

Asked them to oil my chain and replace a pedal, and now my brakes don’t work (Plus I didn’t even get the pedals I asked for). If you’ve got a nice bike I wouldn’t take it here. Guy seemed nice and I’m sure some of them know what they’re doing, but it’s disappointing to see them flop when it comes to doing what they’re asked and paid to do.
