Just want to drop a note on how the whole procedure went. From yourself to final pick-up, so very professional. Roberto and his partner who picked up the Honda Trike could not have been nicer. Slight glitch on the instructions they received from their office but man they were right on it. Again, thank you for putting this unfortunate situation to a good ending!
