This is an amazing studio with so much beauty and intention that appeals to all the senses! Highly recommended if you seek a calm, centered and healing community.
Wow, what an amazing experience I've had at Elements of Health - Wellness and Movement Center (Shanti Yoga Center)! I have taken two inspirational classes this week and have met some very beautiful positive people! My energy already has a whole new light and strength and I am so thankful to have found a new home that is truly focused on health, healing and wholeness! I recommend that all of my family and friends check it out.
