Website clearly states DAILY HOUSEKEEPING. No one came on our first day. When I confronted the lady owner she said DID WE ADVISE OFFICE OF WE WANT SERVICED?. I said no but we slid the sign on door that said "Please service Room". Then she changed her story snd said they only service every 2 days. Then I proceeded to show her where it shows on the apps that it's "Daily Housekeeping". No resolution, 5pm at night and not even a sorry and no offer to even bring towels. Crazy time
A very clean but basic experience with no issues.
Greatest concierge I have ever had the grace of experiencing. Weird that I booked through Air b&b, not through/to windmill hotel directly… but I was happily surprised. If you’ve got to have a stop in the Coffs, I’d say ‘Go here’
