Absolute dump.Rented deluxe accessible room it was neither.Charged $235 . Dirty cutlery inside kettle was black cracks and cobwebs on walls.Old lumpy beds no proper heating .When you are in a wheelchair you dont need more stress to your life.Owner needs to research what deluxe and accessible means.Do not stay at this old dump.

Not Happy !!! Booked a room 16/07/2026, arrived at 20.45pm to check in. Reception closed at 19:00 (Fair Enough), but on the sliding glass door of the reception was a note saying reception open from 07:00 - 19:00 (Fair enough) for after hrs or emergency please call, this number. Which I did continuously for 30mins no one pickd up the phone to attend. I was left stranded, with an unattended phone that kept ringing off the hook. God forbid if there was a real emergency.
