I'm so conflicted with giving this review because their food is actually really great, but they mess up my order almost every single time when I door dash it and the customer service is not great.... today I ordered a kids turkey and cheese sandwich, add avocado, and a salad.... nothing overly complicated. What came to me was a ham and cheese, with no avocado, and a salad that was missing some of the ingredients that made me choose it in the first place... the stickers on each item had the correct order, but the food didn't ... read more
When I first walked in I was greeted with the worst attitude ever. The lady who waited on me attitude was something I never seen in my life. The only thing I said was “Hello”. Nothing I purchased was fresh. This was my first time at this location and this will be the last. Horrible service!
So, I Walked in Nearly at closing time.(something I try not to do). I feel it's not the most considerate option. After what I'd imagine a full shift and obviously immaculately cleaned up and ready to leave , I received great service, "made with love" kind of service. Thanks!
Salad was wonderful
I’ve been here a few times and I’m always impressed with the quality of the food. The salads are fresh, flavorful, and made just how you like them. You can really tell the ingredients are high quality—the greens are crisp, the toppings are fresh, and everything tastes like it was prepared with care.
