Well, all I can say is... very poor customer service after selling me a £1500 dodgy phone. 2 weeks following my purchase I contacted them as my screen on my 'brand new' and 'genuine' galaxy Z fold 5 was going white all the time to be told to send it off for repair!!! They are happy to take my money but not replace a dodgy phone. Will never use them again. Currently in contact with trading standards and a legal team to prevent from anyone else getting ripped off.
