One of the greatest big things in Australia. It's had a face lift since i last visited in 2016. A must visit on the way to Australia Zoo.
Severe lack of communication from start to finish. I phoned up and was advised that there would be a three week wait (fair enough). I had to prod further to find out that it commenced from when my ride-on mower was dropped off to them. I told them that I would drive it down in my trailer later that day. (40 min drive away). Arrived and was told that they didn't have any way to get it off my trailer. (Told me they couldn't justify buying a new set of loading ramps, as the last set was stolen).
