Severe lack of communication from start to finish. I phoned up and was advised that there would be a three week wait (fair enough). I had to prod further to find out that it commenced from when my ride-on mower was dropped off to them. I told them that I would drive it down in my trailer later that day. (40 min drive away). Arrived and was told that they didn't have any way to get it off my trailer. (Told me they couldn't justify buying a new set of loading ramps, as the last set was stolen). Great sales and service, very efficient, helpful and friendly team.
Went in here for the first time to get a quote on fixing an old mower. Estimate was very fair but wasn’t a huge leap to a new one. They offered a discount on an equivalent new one with a 5 year warranty. So I grabbed it. Super friendly team and got it prepped and oiled up straight away. Even gave it a full tank of fuel. Great experience. Thanks team big mower.
