I’ve played volleyball at The Big House multiple times, and honestly the experience keeps getting worse. The biggest issue is the scheduling and management of the courts. No matter what time we arrive, the courts are always running behind. And instead of fixing the problem early or adjusting things to keep the tournament moving, management waits until we’re already two hours behind before they even consider putting teams on another court. The management has a highly aggressive and defensive approach to every single one star review or complaint, instead of identifying where improvement is needed, listening to the parents and correcting what is needed. All of these bad reviews come from parents that have had the opportunity to attend numerous tournaments in other venues in FL and even in other states and have a comparison point.
