They are the best – I'm the operations manager for an internet retailer and the service from The Big Guys has always been stellar.
Friendly and Helpful Service – I ordered a mattress and came to pick it up a day early because I was in the area. I went into the office and they pointed me to the pickup area out back. Very friendly and they had a cute dog in the office(wish there were more office atmospheres that allowed that these days!). Went out back and the guy was helpful and speedy in getting my mattress loaded up. Excellent service.
