Offer a free consultation, then when u decide to go ahead with it the next consultation is $420 dollars for 5 before photos and cost of xrays from your first visit, so absolutely scam you on that second appointment after offering you a free consultation. This guy also was fined 4.5k for not holding a current license to practice but still did, as per your phone conversation you never gave any paperwork that said you would charge but the invoice u made up today to charge $420 says its for everything in that first "free" consul... read more
