Awesome people, thorough and communication is superb. Service was spot on and done in a very good time frame.
My partner was quoted $1300 for a serpentine belt tensioner replacement because of starter issues. 1 - The serpentine belt doesn't have much to do with starting a car. 2 - The serpentine belt tensioner was in top top shape. 3 - I've replaced a serpentine belt tensioner on my own car it cost $120 for the tensioner and it took 20 minutes. What is this con you're trying to pull here The Big Garage!? You should be ashamed of yourselves!

Very good service from appointment booking to pick up on completion.Everyone friendly and helpfull. We enjoyed the short time the service took,only 3hrs, driving the Hybrid test car (new to us) but easy to adjust to. Happy with the full service and will continue to return for future services.
The other week I took my Kizashi in for a service, which it also had a knocking sound. The service went fine but it was when I was quoted $2000 for a new timing belt to fix the knocking. I got another opinion only to discover my Kizashi doesn't have a timing belt but instead a timing chain, and the knocking was a ball joint, fixed for $300. I'd question if the mechanics actually know what they're doing or if they're just trying to con me out of my money? Either one is a total red flag, I won't be returning.
