I usually receive good service with Big Biscuit chain. I went into to the location on 135th and Antioch in Overland Park. The tables were unclean (dishes not cleared) and the staff were standing around talking. After an extended wait, no one greeted me. I walked out. It appears there was no on site management.
We went there this weekend for my wife’s birthday and there was a wait witch I understand I waded for over 40 minutes and I asked how much longer and found out that they gave our table away 2 different times finally we left very unhappy
Had a wonderful breakfast. Food was delicious and the people were great. Sarah the manager was so personable. Great place!
