Today's experience here was what we shall call "less than stellar." Monday, Dec 29th. First, it wasn't terribly busy when we walked in, but there was a couple waiting. We waited approximately six or seven minutes to even be acknowledged. Then we were told it would be five minutes before we would be seated. The other couple was asked if they had been helped and she said they were on the wait list. It still took several minutes to get them seated. We were finally seated and waited...and waited... Bren was great!! Super cheery and just what we needed on a late Saturday afternoon
Bren did a great job serving us, i did accidentally get potatoes instead of hash browns and bren did point it out but i assured her it was okay and she could replace them if i wanted but it was okay the potatoes were still very good 10/10 service
Evan was very kind
Gator was an excellent waiter. Will definitely come back to the big biscuit
