Today we went to Big Biscuit in Raymore. We have been to other locations in the Kansas City metro so we already knew the food was going to be good. Apparently everyone else in Raymore decided to visit Big Biscuit too. The parking lot was packed and so was the restaurant. However, our wait time was not too bad only about 15-20 minutes. Our server Laney was excellent and knew some of the items on the old menu so when I asked if they still made them she told me what the updated names were.
