I’ve been to this place twice on weekends for haircuts. The staff are always super nice and friendly, and I really appreciate the service. However, this Saturday I booked a haircut online for $35, but was charged $40 at the counter due to a small display note stating an extra $5 weekend surcharge. Tried this place for the first time. Got nothing but compliments for the fresh cut. My barber was Mac. Dude got mad skills with the clippers. I'll be spinning back here for sure 🙌
I’ve been to Big Bang Barbers twice now, both times as a walk-in. On both occasions I asked if they had space, and they confirmed I could come back at a set time (first time 11am, second time 10am). They took my name down, but no phone number or other details – which would’ve been useful. The first time, I came back at 11am and wasn’t acknowledged at all until 11:30.
