I’ve been to Big Bang Barbers twice now, both times as a walk-in. On both occasions I asked if they had space, and they confirmed I could come back at a set time (first time 11am, second time 10am). They took my name down, but no phone number or other details – which would’ve been useful. The first time, I came back at 11am and wasn’t acknowledged at all until 11:30. Normally excellent service, but this time I waited 40 minutes despite an appointment and couldn’t get my regular barber. Hoping this was just a one-off
