Tracy and her staff are so wonderful with my dog. It's nice to have peace of mind that she's well taken care of and having fun while I'm away.
Our little dog LOVES this place. She loves being spoiled by the staff who all greet her by "Miss Sadie" and comes home fully worn out by all her playing with her 4-legged friends. When we board her, we can go away knowing she is so well cared for. It's the best and deserves more than 5*!
We've been at big backyard for over a year and our pup still loves it! Whenever there is any issue, they are keen to fixing it/making sure our pup is having the best time. A big plus, the pictures they capture of dogs! They're adorable and show us the fun our pup has throughout his day:)

My 15lb pup loves this place!! The last doggy daycare we had, our pup didn't want to go in after a couple months. He would try and cling to us or need to be dragged in. I would also watch him on a camera, and poor guy would be trying to sleep but the dogs had no routine that let them rest. The big back yard is quite the opposite! This was our first experience with doggy daycares and we were blown away by the love, attention and care The Big Backyard provided for our sweet Rigby. Rigby jumped out of the car every time and never looked back! He clearly had a blast at the BBY which made us so happy! We love you BBY!!
Aspen loves The Big Backyard and I see it in her vibrant expressions and excitement every time we go. I feel 100% comfortable leaving her and the owners and employees give her lots of love, attention and discipline. Incredibly happy with them.
