My daughter & I just bought 3 used tires & we drove here from Salem, because they had all 3 tires in stock. The guy I talked to the other day was very nice & helpful. The red haired guy working today was rude, barely spoke to us & made me regret not buying the tires literally anywhere else! I changed my mind & wanted to try & get 4, but there was no way I was giving them another penny plus I couldn't make myself interact with him in any way. Gave me a tire with the incorrect size, it had “70% tread ” and balded in weeks don’t trust them.
Best tire shop experience I've had. I have a 2018 Subaru Outback and needed a single mud and snow tire replaced with matching tread - critical for Subaru AWD systems. Every other shop refused to do a single tire replacement. Les Schwab wanted around $1,500 for a full set when I only needed one tire.
