The last 2 times my friend has gone in there they have broken off three lug nuts and stripped another and sent her on her way saying that they don't have the tools to remove them and that is bs . It's a tire place and if it's happened twice there by one person you would think that it happens quite often and they would have the equipment to remove the rest of the lug but nope they just send her on her way to try and figure it out herself with no recommendations or anything. I will always talk highly of this place. My father in law bought his very first set of Falken tires years ago and because he was a veteran, gave him a discount. Basically hooked him up. My husband bought my suv a set of the same Falkens, and they hooked me up. Service is amazing and they treat their customers with kindness and compassion.
Do not take you vehicle here, for anything, not even in a pinch. They will do more harm to your vehicle than good
