I had a heating issue with a bidet I purchased about 18 months ago. Fortunately it occurred during the warranty period but I had to pay for the postage. I was pleasantly surprised at the quick turnaround. The Bidet shop shipped back the repaired bidet quickly.
Loved my online experience with the Bidet Shop - Peter was responsive, knowledgeable in recommending options, and went the extra mile to ensure we got our bidet seat in time. Very happy with our experience and purchase.
UPDATE: I spoke to James, and have received the return label. James has assured me that when they receive the broken bidet he will look into the issues himself. So I choose to trust as it has been only this one time I have had problems with communication. Usually we have no problem. However now I am really disappointed and angry at the lack of consideration and customer service.
