Best bike shop in Vegas bar none.
Took my bike in for a tuneup and to have brakes installed and new hand grips put on. Was told it would take about a week. Almost 4 weeks later I get my bike back. I understand if you are having difficulty getting the parts in but communicate that to your clients. I did not receive one call with updates about delays or anything at all. Also, I took my bike out for the first time today and, during my ride, the handlebars came loose. I JUST PAID FOR A TUNEUP!!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
My sons, and I build motorized bikes and we tend to destroy spokes, wheels, and brakes. I had this gentleman true, replace spokes, and go through the coaster brakes on 3 wheels. He did the wheels in one day, and replaced the hub on one. The wheels have never road, and stopped so well. I have a welding shop close to his shop, and will only take my bike problems here. Very cool, honest, and fair guy!
