Joe is a shining example how businesses should operate. I called Joe on short notice before my first full Ironman race for a bike tuneup. Joe came same day to assess the bike and then did a tune up two days later. He was extremely communicative, personable, and knowledgeable. Best of all, Joe is very direct and tells you exactly what needs to be done and how. Joe did things on the bike tuneup that made my Ironman race a success. 5/5 highly recommend!

Joe assembled and tuned two E-bikes straight from the box for me. Both Urtopia Carbon Fusion GT E-Bikes. Fantastic service that there is no way I could have done myself. Price was very reasonable for the amount of work he did and knowledge that he shared with me an my wife. If you get an e-bike shipped to your house - don't waste your time or risk your safety trying to do everything yourself. Call Joe and get it done right.

I was going to buy a used bike that needed a chain adjustment according to the add. I called to see what the price was to fix that part and he was the only place I called that gave me a rough idea of what it would cost, what else could be wrong, and even specifics about the bike. I ended up not buying that bike (it will cost more than buying a well maintained after fixing it and still have the rest of the bike not maintained) and am looking for a better condition used one. I'm so lucky that The Bicycle Fixer came to my workplace today and provided tune-ups for myself and my colleagues. Joe was so thorough and my e-bike is now in the best shape it's ever been! As an added bonus, I learned all sorts of tips about how to take better care of my bike and get the best performance from it - Joe has an incredible depth of knowledge that he is happy to share. I will definitely be back!
