Had to get my son's bike tire repaired. He hit a curb and popped the tube. We went in at 5pm, they checked out the bike, and had it fixed in 15 minutes. All in for less than $30. You can't eat many places solo for less than $30! They even took the time to show my son what the tire should feel like with the proper air pressure. Excellent customer service, fast work, and at a fair price. This place and those guys are a national treasure.

These guys are VERY knowledgeable and efficient. They do great work for a reasonable price. I have used them for several years for all 5 of our household bikes. I know they repair and upgrade daily use bikes and high-end bikes too.
Pick up the phone and call Tommy or Joel. These guys rock. They are the BEST bike service technicians I have ever used! A full custom build for a 900-mile road trip? They did it FAST where REI wouldn't touch it. Emergency Service? Oh yeah! They did an emergency service with fast turnaround because I broke the bike 7 days before an international trip.
