Massive shoutout to Brendan at the Bicycle Company! He was super helpful from the first phone call right through to greeting me in store. I came in to get my son’s bike tyre fixed and it was sorted on the spot, no hassle at all. For some people this might seem like a small thing, but I was totally out of my element and desperate to get it fixed for our family bike day. Honestly made my day. Thanks again legend!
