Chris Palmer was fantastic to work with. He is personable, easy to talk to, and made what is normally a very stressful process actually enjoyable. When we lost out on our first home he kept us motivated and helped us find one we loved even more. Called this office today and spoke with BIANCA to inquire about residential rentals and was honestly shocked by how rude and dismissive the woman on the phone was. From the moment I asked a simple question, her tone became irritated and unprofessional. She abruptly responded that they “only do sales here” with an attitude that made me feel like I was inconveniencing her just by calling.
