Terrible experience and subpar service. Every time you call, they just redirect you to the Anima link and waste your time for 30 minutes without resolving anything. They refuse to schedule appointments over the phone, and even when you finally get one they handle it online instead of in person. The staff is highly unprofessional they recommended a cream for my face but when I went to the pharmacy they told me that you cannot apply it on your face
Absolutely terrible! Been calling 3 days in a row and no doctor /pharmacist/ are giving me a call back. Multiple times I have to call in a day to make sure I will be receiving a call back and still they fail to. Been going a&e two days in row waiting for 6 hours everyday to be seen. A&E refers me to go to get further tests done. Gp doesn't give appointment! It's disaster to say the least! I don't even know how this Gp is still running ! It's not a one off issue it's been nightmare since corono.
difficult to book appointments and they take so long
Very disappointed. I called today to make an appointment for my 70 year old mother, who underwent an operation for her breast cancer, to remove her dressings and check the wound, and receptionist said there aren't any nurses for 2 weeks. No empathy or care, this surgery should be ashamed of themselves.
