Everyone in the front office was very nice and helpful even though they were frustrated because the wi-fi was down. The medical assistant was very nice also and thorough. Dr. Bhalani was very professional and personable. He took a lot of time going over my past history and listened to my answers. Dr. Bhalani is one of the best doctors I have seen providing my urology medical care. He explains complicated medical issues in a way you can understand. He is always open for questions and gives answers in a timely manner. He’s been my urologist for the last 4 years, got me through prostate cancer with great care and compassion as well as offering the latest treatment options available. He’s The Best! I met with Dr. Bhalani for recurring UTI and bladder issues and he immediately put me at ease with both his kindness and expertise. He took time to listen to my issues and draw a diagram to help explain possible reasons. He was able to schedule my next visit for a procedure timely as I have been dealing with this for a while. I feel very fortunate to have found this wonderful doctor and I feel confident he is going to be able improve my health.
My Family Doctor referred me to Dr. Bhalani. He detected cancer, and after my radiation was completed, he has been the best in helping manage the side effects. My complaints about my body are now just limited to one issue, which has improved dramatically under his care. I only need to get up once to the bathroom after I fall asleep, which is better than 10 years ago. I will now only need to see him once a year. Super happy with his practice!
