Overall experience was better for me at Dr Bhalani’s practice. Check in process was very smooth and the receiving staff made me quite comfortable considering this was my first visit. Dr. Bhalani explained the situation very well and answered all our concerns without rushing and that was a plus for me. I have few more tests pending, but I believe I am in good hands. Thank you.
Everyone in the front office was very nice and helpful even though they were frustrated because the wi-fi was down. The medical assistant was very nice also and thorough. Dr. Bhalani was very professional and personable. He took a lot of time going over my past history and listened to my answers. I’m very happy to have found The Bhalani Urology Institute. Dr. Bhalani treats me as a person, not as a client. He takes the time to listen and answer my questions, and his explanations are always direct and clear. The staff is also friendly, warm, and welcoming. I’ve had a very positive experience and would gladly recommend them.
I had a good initial impression of Dr. Bhalani during my visit, but the follow-up experience was very disappointing. I have a high-deductible plan and paid almost $400 for the visit. Bloodwork was requested, but it was not done in the office, so I had to go to Labcorp, which cost close to another $200. I called on July 8 to ask about results from blood work done on June 24. Dr. Bhalani is one of the best doctors I have seen providing my urology medical care. He explains complicated medical issues in a way you can understand. He is always open for questions and gives answers in a timely manner. He’s been my urologist for the last 4 years, got me through prostate cancer with great care and compassion as well as offering the latest treatment options available. He’s The Best!
