The staff are very friendly and courteous, and make patients comfortable. Dr Bhalani is skilled and professional. He explains his diagnosis thoroughly and welcomes questions. He is among the best doctors which have treated me. Highly recommended.
After suffering through two large urology practices with often dysfunctional phone systems, seemingly endless bureaucracy, and terribly long waits for desperately-needed treatment, Dr. Bhalani and his extremely kind and capable staff have been a godsend. I was referred to Bhalani Institute by my PCP for a second opinion following treatment from GU. Bhalani sent me for nuclear imaging. When the results were discussed with Bhalani, I was told that related pain and problems were just by my “body’s design”, and to check back in 6 mos. My PCP received a copy of the imaging report from Bhalani and immediately sent me to an Oncologist. I started seeing Dr Bhalani several years ago and did so because I was not happy with the urologist I was seeing as he always wanted me to do tests that my PCP said was not necessary. I was happy with seeing Dr Bhalani and if I had any concerns it was never with him but the office personel. Once when I was not pleased with a matter I called and left a message for him to call me and he did and resolved it. Always a positive experience when visiting Dr. Bhalani. The staff are professional, pleasant, and personable. Dr. Bhalani listens to my concerns and answers my questions completely and. clearly. Wish all doctors were like him.
