Customer service sucks!!!!
SHADY/UNETHICAL practices. Filing a formal complaint with financial regulatory agency. The agent on our accounts refused to send loss runs when our company wanted to get competitive quotes. We have documentation of the request, contacted them on 4 separate occasions and they refused to return calls or emails. Furthermore, When we had a claim back in the beginning of 2022, it literally took 13 months to get a payment. I would strongly advise on finding ANY other insurance group to work with.
