Dominique was great! She was nice and professional, and she explained everything very well and although me and my husband decided not to take the beautiful 3-bedroom townhome at the moment we will be looking to move next year and I truly hope that Dominique will be the one we sign a lease with!
I lived here for a year. The Pros: for the most part, it is located in a nice neighborhood. Never had any problems with car break-ins or noisy neighbors. The neighbors are friendly and mind their business mostly. Although, there was an instance when I caught a resident taking pictures of other residents from their balcony. Been looking for a new place for a minute now, usually don’t get good vibes from the front office from other apartments. But when we came in here Melissa and Dominique were beyond friendly and professional! The complex is beautiful!
Would highly recommend the Bevy to anyone who is considering. I lived here 4 years and sadly had to move on. The community was always clean and well kept. The office and maintenance staff were kind and responsive and handled requests immediately and thoroughly. Special mention to Chad who went above and beyond when handling maintenance requests.
