Dominique went above and beyond to help with my event. 9/21/25 I continue to receive great service…I had an emergency maintainance issue and in less than 30 minutes Tim came to my unit, fixed my issue in less than 5 minutes. He was clean, respectful of my property just all around amazing! Thanks again Tim!
Very pleased with Tim the new maintenance Tech and his prompt responses to all requests and even willing to go above and beyond to assist when he doesn’t have to!
My family has been living in the Bevy Townhomes for 6 years. There have been subtle changes in management since living here but overall we have had a great experience here. Dominique is always on point with taking care of the things we need. Also Tim, the maintenance tech is very knowledgeable and clear in communications. We’ve had quite a few things requiring maintenance due to day to day wear and he comes and handled those concerns efficiently.
Dominique was great! She was nice and professional, and she explained everything very well and although me and my husband decided not to take the beautiful 3-bedroom townhome at the moment we will be looking to move next year and I truly hope that Dominique will be the one we sign a lease with!
I lived here for a year. The Pros: for the most part, it is located in a nice neighborhood. Never had any problems with car break-ins or noisy neighbors. The neighbors are friendly and mind their business mostly. Although, there was an instance when I caught a resident taking pictures of other residents from their balcony. Not sure what that was about but it was weird. The apartments themselves are nice modern-style apartments. No issues with the appliances.
