As a resident here I can say this apartment building is horrible. Upon moving in there was no heat. My furnace went out three times until it was finally replaced. Then we DID NOT HAVE ANY HOT WATER FOR A MONTH. I contacted Jvm realty they did not care. The property manager didn’t care either. While living here I’ve witnessed my neighbors doors being kicked in by another neighbor. Lots of police activity. I love it here very professional, attentive, knowledgeable, hospitable staff!! The inclusiveness and the holistic approach it's just not about rent, it's literally understanding and creating a solution while building a professional healthy rapport with each member here individually. I had the pleasure of working with Dominique, and she is truly an amazing leasing agent. From the start, she was transparent, patient, and genuinely concerned about my needs. She answered all of my questions clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. If I ever need assistance or have concerns, I know she’ll be there. We need more leasing agents like Dominique—she’s phenomenal, knowledgeable, and very well-educated in her work. Highly recommend!
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Do not apply here. They are clueless. They made my boyfriend pay 320 in app fees and amenities fees. I paid 160. We (he) received 160 back. When I call, crickets. I’ll be sharing this experience on every community site in Milwaukee until I get a resolution. Unfortunately for them I know a lot of people.
I lived at The Bevy for 3 years and my experience was great! The apartments are very nice and it’s near a lot of stores and restaurants. Dominique in the leasing office is very helpful and wonderful! She always answered my questions and is so polite. The maintenance staff is also great and helpful! I highly recommend this apartment complex!
