ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Do not apply here. They are clueless. They made my boyfriend pay 320 in app fees and amenities fees. I paid 160. We (he) received 160 back. When I call, crickets. I’ll be sharing this experience on every community site in Milwaukee until I get a resolution. Unfortunately for them I know a lot of people.
I lived at The Bevy for 3 years and my experience was great! The apartments are very nice and it’s near a lot of stores and restaurants. Dominique in the leasing office is very helpful and wonderful! She always answered my questions and is so polite. The maintenance staff is also great and helpful! I highly recommend this apartment complex!
Dominique went above and beyond to help with my event. 9/21/25 I continue to receive great service…I had an emergency maintainance issue and in less than 30 minutes Tim came to my unit, fixed my issue in less than 5 minutes. He was clean, respectful of my property just all around amazing! Thanks again Tim! 9/25/25 Dominique is amazing!
