Worst experience I have ever had as a buyer. They simply do not care and do there level worst during the transaction. I have purchased many properties in California and they are far and away the worst.
Had an absolutely horrible experience with a listing agent (Jenn Naim) from this agency. She was unprofessional, a terrible communicator, and constantly led us on. We wasted three valuable weeks while we were looking for a house. She told us we were the top choice for the home and then tried to haggle over a higher rent than listed last minute. To make matters worse, at the end of it all she turned around and rented the house to someone else without having the courtesy to tell us until we reached out.
