This is an organization that I have supported by a monthly donation...if every American family gave just $1.00 to $5.00 each month we could impact the lives of refugees immensely. IRC has one of the best reputations in the non-profit category.
Charity rating for this group is over 97%. One of the best.
Wanting to help refugees in the most effective way possible, I checked out several organizations. International Rescue Committee got my vote, hands down, for their management of contributions and transparency of their operations. I've been sending them whatever I can, confident that the help will go where it's most needed.
