Leo and staff were professional and on schedule from start to finish. As a homeowner for 45 years I have dealt with many contractors. I have to say BBC was the best. Leo always communicated and kept us up to date on the next steps of the job in our basement. It turned out great. Highly recommend.
I hired the BBC to finish our basement. They were the last of 5 companies that I got estimates from. I narrowed it down to 2 companies. Once I met with Charlie I knew I would hire his company. We came up with a plan and he suggested some things that I had not considered. We added a glass wall feature upstairs leading to the basement that we are constantly getting complements on. Chris and Mauricio were a pleasure to work with. We are very pleased the way the basement turned out.
We talked to several contractors about finishing our basement, but Charlie was the only one who brought creative ideas for the layout. He challenged us to rethink our original vision, and the result is so much better because of it. Throughout construction, Charlie and his team Julian and Mauricio were very approachable and responsive. They really did fantastic work. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out.
When we decided to finish our 2,000 sq. ft. basement, we knew we wanted a company that specialized in basement remodeling. We had already spoken with two other companies, but neither impressed us. Charlie and Leo were fantastic! Charlie had a great vision for our basement—he designed a layout that included a full bar, bedroom, and bathroom. Leo executed the plan beautifully. The whole team communicated with us every step of the way, and they were not only proficient but also a pleasure to work with. It’s been five years since the renovation, and we still love our basement just as much as the day it was finished. I can’t recommend The Better Basement Company highly enough!
