I can’t say enough good things about The Better Basement Company! We recently had two bathrooms completely renovated. Chico and his crew did an amazing job. They were professional, meticulous and a pleasure to work with. Andres always kept me updated and made sure everything was perfect. Both rooms turned out beautifully, I couldn’t be happier!

I could tell before hiring the Better Basement Company that Chico was not only detail oriented, but truly excited about his craft. He came up with great suggestions and literally transformed the unfinished dumping ground to a recreational space for family. This includes laundry room, bathroom, TV room and pub! Great craftsmen and very happy with the results!
Charles and Leo have been fantastic in helping me to redo my condo. I originally called with questions about flooring, as my condo is on a cement slab below grade. Charles spent a long time discussing the technicalities of flooring on the phone and then came out to see my situation in person. Leo and staff were professional and on schedule from start to finish. As a homeowner for 45 years I have dealt with many contractors. I have to say BBC was the best. Leo always communicated and kept us up to date on the next steps of the job in our basement. It turned out great. Highly recommend.
