Great staff and experience- they were very kind and did an awesome job -
We have been using The Better Bark exclusively for over a year now. We absolutely love it here. Our dog is always treated with TLC and leaves looking amazing. McKayla is so accommodating when I need to change or add an In between appointment.
What a fun and fantastic grooming place. Most of all their communication is excellent. The manager is awesome(I’m sorry I didn’t get her name) I actually thought she was the owner. Thank you for fitting us in while we were traveling through the area. Our little guy looks adorable!
We had such a great experience! Our dog was very anxious and nervous, and this was his first time being groomed. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. They took the time to answer all of our questions and made us feel so comfortable throughout the process. They also gave us great recommendations for the future, which we really appreciated. We will definitely be going back!
