Awesome staff
For an assisted living (dementia), it is alarming the harm that is inflicted on the patients here. They only care about money and maxing out (and demanding increases) for chemical restraints on our loved ones. You supply medical supplies and meal supplements, snacks and so on....and they go missing. Clothing goes missing. Rooms are emptied out of personal belongings. Prescriptions are lost. Residents (dementia) and families are told only English is allowed to be spoken. There is no communication between staff. Horrific site ... read more
