The food is good, but not anything to make a special trip for. I had an egg salad sandwich on ciabatta The other is a BLT
Today, I walked in and cheerfully said hello to the person behind the counter. Perhaps he was having a bad day… but most people prefer a greeting in response to a greeting, especially in the customer service field. Kid did not greet me in any way at all, did not even look my way. He took my order, with an “I do not care at all” attitude. It was off putting for my first time coming in. I won’t be back. Long time lover of the Bestro, recently made a cake order for my birthday. After 3 weeks of ordering it I called the day I was supposed to pick it up to check on it since I haven’t heard from them following up on it. They had told me that they had not made the cake and that they had been trying to reach me any of times, and left me many voicemail.
