Country Club atmosphere. Program director is inept and not enough case managers to handle the client load. Sam some person they stick in a back room told me one phone a week. Totally unqualified for her position. Some of the facilitators are stuck on themselves. Pitiful
I had a very frustrating experience at TBT, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. From the start, the communication was poor, and I found it difficult to get the answers I needed. The staff seemed disorganized and unresponsive, which added unnecessary stress to an already difficult time. The facility itself appeared outdated and not well-maintained, which was concerning. I was very apprehensive when I finally decided to go to TBT. The entire staff is compassionate and has helped guide me through the early stages of treatment. I arrived at TBT a broken man and I feel confident that I can go out and live a happy sober life. I would recommend TBT to anyone who is thinking about getting help for their addictions!.
