Called to try to get help for a family member and the customer service was Terrible, a girl named Rock's (as best I could understand) was very Rude, Argumentative and hung up on me when I asked to speak to someone else, then a girl named Hannah was the same way. This type of behavior has caused us to seek else where.

I would encourage everyone who seeks out treatment to do a tour, spend hours looking at, feeling out, and getting a detailed treatment plan. This website is not accurate. When money is involved, just do your due diligence.

Let me start by saying this: if you're genuinely ready to start your recovery journey, this is a great place to begin. Is it perfect? No. But is it effective and filled with people who care? Absolutely. The facilities look nicer in the photos, but they’re more than sufficient—and honestly, comfort isn’t the point of rehab. Great employees very professional who really care about each and everyone of their clients. Clients that come from all over the world are some of the awesomeness people who really want to make a change in their lives as well as their families back at home. Learning new skills, coping and therapists and case managers that really do help them with the issues that they need to work on. Great feeling watching them grow as a person and come alive again. Keep up the good work TBT.
