Tuong is an excellent Mercedes tech. He is also a fan and owns several Mercedes autos himself. He is straight forward and stands behind his work. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
I've had nothing but great experiences working with The Best Shop on my 2013 GLK 350 Mercedes. Tuong is so friendly and breaks things down in a way that's simple and easy to understand when it comes to car mechanics. The prices are very reasonable for the work being done and he always is so quick in getting my car back to me (vs. other places I've taken my car to that takes days/weeks for simple repairs). I'm so grateful I found a reliable auto shop to work on my German car in Oakland! Thank you Tuong!
