Been using them for years. I went in June 19 or 20th For manicure and pedicure. Picture show what they did to hands and feet cuticles are not pushed back polishes horrible. I went to speak to management and let them know what it happened and to show them how my hands and feet had turned out. The lady I spoke to was horrible and rude and basically told me since I didn’t come in or call Monday and let them know what it happened and that I had paid in cash so there was no record of my visit that I could’ve done this at home and... read more
I never leave reviews but I felt I needed to today I Took my granddaughters here to get their nails done because that’s what my granddaughter wanted for her birthday. They are 4 and 5 years old. All the other places in town were booked so this one didn’t have many people waiting so I went in asked for a manicure and pedicure for the girls. I did not ask how much it would be and that was my fault I Don’t normally do that. Typically have had good experiences here but last few times with staff shortages the wait has been an hour which is typical of the 2 who only do manicures. Unfortunately i stupidly waited again an hour but i was finally next i was seated which is how they make it seem like you will be next, then they seat someone else who called in. They do NOT do reservations I have tried and so do others I was shocked after having waited so long just to be past up by someone who came in way after me is ridiculous, poor customer service and... read more
