I never leave reviews but I felt I needed to today I Took my granddaughters here to get their nails done because that’s what my granddaughter wanted for her birthday. They are 4 and 5 years old. All the other places in town were booked so this one didn’t have many people waiting so I went in asked for a manicure and pedicure for the girls. Typically have had good experiences here but last few times with staff shortages the wait has been an hour which is typical of the 2 who only do manicures. Unfortunately i stupidly waited again an hour but i was finally next i was seated which is how they make it seem like you will be next, then they seat someone else who called in. Im sorry, I used to LOVE this nail salon. I used it all the time, and I really wasn’t going to write a review but the more i keep LOOKING at my nails and people keep asking about them I have to say something. I always get a super fancy set, chrome, bling, all the pazzaz and pay a pretty penny. I was always leaving happy and making sure to suggest this salon! Great time and great service.
A new employee name Denise, is super sweet very great at what she does! I really enjoy her service and conversations we had. She did such an amazing job I’m definitely going back for her to do my nails again!
