A new employee name Denise, is super sweet very great at what she does! I really enjoy her service and conversations we had. She did such an amazing job I’m definitely going back for her to do my nails again!
I will NEVER spend a dime here again this is what 1 and a half week worth of $70 get you! Mind you they started to lift 3 days afterwards! If you don’t know how to properly do nails stop playing with people money and go learn the skill properly and then they don’t want to do refunds! When the work itself is not worth $70 on top some nails or bulging and different sizes! This is sad work! All about the money but don’t produce good service! I recently visited for a pedicure and unfortunately didn’t have a great experience. Throughout the service, several items used on me including the hot stones, towels, and wax felt scorching hot. I mentioned my reactions, but it didn’t seem like much adjustment was made, which made the appointment uncomfortable rather than relaxing. I came in for a full set and showed a photo of the chrome design I wanted. We agreed on $100 total—$50 for the set, $30 for chrome, and $20 for extra long length. When it was time to apply the chrome, the tech did cat-eye gel instead and said chrome was “too expensive,” even though I had already agreed to pay for it.
