Not an experience worth the high price tag. When you walk in the receptionist is an iPad with a remote person on zoom, felt odd just impersonal, but maybe it’s more of an appointment only nail salon as it didn’t seem like you would get much foot traffic as there isn’t an obvious sign out front, so I looked past this. I will say I liked their color selection, it felt extensive. For 5pm on a weekday, there were only 4 customers total, the rest of the desk/stations were empty. I have stubs for nails, but Anya did an AMAZING job. She is super careful and sweet and will take the time to make sure you get what you deserve. I have lived in Boston a long time and she is like no other.
This is easily the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. The place is not clean, the staff is unprofessional, and the quality is terrible. My nails started falling off within two days, and advertise that their sets last up to six weeks, which is completely false. What’s even worse is they charge you to fix nails that THEY did incorrectly. If your nails fall off after a couple of days, that’s not a “fix,” that’s a correction of bad work. I’ve been going to this salon for 6 months now to the specialist Iryna - she is the best!!! My nails have never been this beautiful and healthy ❤️ I’m a big fan of russian manicure, for me it was important to find a place in Boston where I can get such service!
