This nail salon truly exceeded my expectations from the moment I walked in. The customer service was outstanding, and everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. Had a great new years pedicure at the Best Nail Salon. I had a Superman pedicure which included a relaxing massage on top of many other special treats for my feet. The last pedicure I had was over a year ago so this was a real treat. I had Hai who did my pedicure treatment. He was kind, funny and professional. I'd highly recommend. Bonus is that the Rita's water ice is right next door.
We know how hard it is to give a nail salon a 10/10. Most of us have gone to every salon in Naples looking for a decent shop. I mean it when I say this is THAT spot. I was hesitant at first but Look at their reviews.. all 5 stars for a reason. This was my first time here and the photos don’t do it justice at all. I am very impressed. From the quality of service, the attention to detail, the staff and atmosphere. I’ll never go to another salon again.
Second time here. Every time I go, it’s fantastic. The people are so nice. Today, I had two nails techs working on me. They were both quick and precise - I believe his name is Jim, he did my fingernails and used a compass to ensure they were the same length! He also picked out my color for me. I will only be going here from now on!
