Absolutely a scam stay away. They don't know what they are doing and should not be touching furnaces or air conditioning systems. Cheaper is not better and with ur home heating and cooling you should not use this company. They will do 3 repairs when only 1 is need because they don't know what they are doing

In February 2024, Bob came regarding ordering a fan for the fireplace and recommended a furnace cleaning. I was charged for the fan pre-order along with the furnace cleaning. I had to call back 2-3 times in April and May about the fan to discover that the wrong part was ordered. Bob assured me that I would be refunded. This company should really consider changing their name to Worst in the West, because their customer service is absolutely horrible. We installed central A/C through them last year, and had to have parts replaced within months that "wasn't covered under warranty". Fast forward to right now (1 year after purchase), the A/C completely stops working so I give them a call and they sent a guy to our home. He gives 3 different diagnoses with little to no explanation and says he can't do anything anyways because tomorrow is the wee... read more

This company attempted to sell a furnace and air conditioner to my mother who suffers from dementia. They came to her place while I (caregiver) was away, and managed to convince her to write a large cheque as a deposit for a new system. Despite contacting them as soon as I could to stop the transaction, they cashed the deposit, and it then took at least a month to get my mother’s funds back, including having to deal with an NSF cheque from them.
