If I could add no stars, this store would deserve it. I have never had such a rude and nasty customer experience as with this store. I'm glad that we will not be shopping here. We inadvertantly showed up on "appointment only" day. The lady could barely be bothered to open the door. She claimed to have 17 other customers that she was helping downstairs, although we didn't see or hear one other shopper or person accompanying such a shopper. Best place in Westchester to find a dress. Other places it felt like a hard sell from the moment you stepped in the door, but here the staff were not only helpful, but seemed to genuinely enjoy helping the girls find "the" dress. They gave us the joy of the experience back.In addition to that, they keep a list for each school so no one accidentally buys the same one, and they allow the girls to change their minds. Wonderful experience! Can't recommend them highly enough.
The Best Dressed of Westchester was a pleasure. The owner and her staff were lovely to work with. They have a great selection of Bat Mitzvah dresses and accessories. We bought a dress that my daughter can't wait to wear. They designed custom converse to match!!! Everything was ordered and ready exactly when they said it would be. Will definitely shop there again!! Go to Best Dressed- you will be glad you did.
I went to Best Dressed of Westchester for my daughter's Bat Mitzvah dress. We had already been to many of the "typical" places that pressure you to buy immediately and are also always pushing the most expensive thing they have to sell.
