One of the most unprofessional and anti-customer service experiences I have ever had. I ordered 2 pair of shoes. I received 1 pair in 8 weeks. It took 14 weeks to receive the 2nd pair from the original payment date. I paid in full up front & I was lied too repeatedly about the shipment & arrival of my 2nd pair of shoes. To add insult to injury, the 2nd pair of shoes WERE NOT what I originally ordered. I am done!!!!! Not a good experience with refunding, customer service on refunds is the worst. Payments are taken very quick, ordering is challenging at best, not worth it for me. I would rather pay for quality and service, no orders from me going forward.
I ordered a suit and 3 shirts from one of your representatives. The shirts were ordered on 8/4/2017 in the amount of $398.00. The suit was ordered on 7/18/2017 in the amount of $517.00. I have not received the suit or the shirts and I can't get an answer from your representative. I would like to get a full refund.
Short story... I ordered a suit in feb. 17. It came in and needed alterations and correction. Fit issues, and design errors. It was returned by the salesperson. Needless to say it is going into Dec with no suit. Cannot recommend this experience.....
